THE BRIEF

Hairy Lemon & Pink Gorilla wanted to launch their newest project in style and they chose International Women’s Day as the platform.

The new project, Pink Ladies & Friends is the brainchild of the two dynamic and forward-thinking Leeds-based companies who collectively provide a full spectrum of marketing, promotions and events services.

Pink Ladies & Friends was designed to connect people for business and pleasure and the launch event took place at Issho.

Organisers wanted to create a relaxed and informal event where like minded individuals could come together in the city’s hottest venues.

Maven Digi BoothTHE WORK

Maven Media wanted to capture the relaxed, fun nature of the event and give attendees a special take-home from the inaugural Pink Ladies networking lunch.

Building on the theme of together (Issho is Japanese for together) and the event’s aim of giving guests a chance to meet new people, share experiences and contacts, Maven Media developed a fully branded, interactive digibooth experience.

Organisers also wanted to drive awareness of Pink Ladies & Friends via social media in order to grow group numbers and drive attendance at future events.

The Maven Digital proved the perfect choice for the first Pink Ladies lunch giving guests speakers, attendees and organisers the chance to let loose, have fun and get creative as they posed for the perfect selfie and boomerangs that could be shared straight to social media.

The branded back drop, branded props and branded photo overlays, gave the ideal opportunity to create cool digital content and really position the new and growing brand!

Maven Digi BoothTHE RESULTS

  • Over 70 guests loved interacting and coming together in front of The Maven Digital, which captured the relaxed and fun nature of the first ever Pink Ladies Lunch.
  • Pink Ladies & Friends all captured their very own picture-perfect selfies that were immediately printed with the Pink Ladies & Friends branding.
  • Organisers encouraged attendees to share their GIFs and images straight to social media from the Maven Digibooth in order to drive awareness of Pink Ladies & Friends events.
