Due to the tremendous success of their first ever event, Pink Ladies came back with a bang!

Taking over the Harvey Nichols fourth floor restaurant, the relaxed and informal evening of cocktails and canapés also included ‘fashion forward’ speakers Laura Bartlett (Editior of House of Coco) & Tracey Campbell (Sustainable fashion stylist).

Organisers wanted to capture the buzz and brilliance of all the guests at the event as well as give them a chance to let loose and have fun at the event which was designed to connect people for business and pleasure.

Event Video Marketing THE WORK

Maven Media were on hand to inject a bit of fun and capture the excitement of this new event and doubled down on the action utilising both the Maven 360 and the Maven Digibooth.

All eyes were on the Maven 360 as guests hopped, skipped and jumped onto the 360 platform ready to be captured from every angle as they let their hair down and created amazing video content.

Guests loved the chance to have their moment in the spotlight as they created their very own cinematic quality videos.

Maven also fully customised the Maven Digibooth with bespoke animations used on screen to create an easy-to-use experience that allowed all guests to get in on the fun and interact with each other in a more informal way.

Maven Media utilised a bespoke Pink Ladies backdrop and the faceplate and touchscreen interface were all fully branded with the Pink Ladies logo as were photo templates to raise awareness of the event.

THE RESULTS

  • The Digibooth proved incredibly popular, with guests coming back again and again to capture their best selfie
  • Organisers loved the addition of the Maven 360 as it gave the proceedings a more informal feel
