The Hilton team wanted to host a stakeholder engagement party to showcase the new offering and the team at Maven Media where there to ensure that all guests were entertained and had great memories from the event.

Perfectly located, the newly refurbished venue, created the ideal back drop for an amazing digital photo experience.

We love to party and this was a chance for us to bring all our expertise and technology together to deliver a professional feel to the party; while delivering on Hiltons marketing aims.
Working with Hilton brand team, we ensured that the companies strict brand guidelines were followed and Maven developed and installed a state-of-the-art branded photo marketing experience including: Branded photo technology, branded animated start screen, branded photo overlay, data capture facility and social sharing.
The photo marketing experience was available throughout the 3-hour event for all event guest to enjoy.
Guests were invited to use the fully branded technology to create still images, gifs and boomerangs, before sending them directly to their phone, email or straight to Instagram!
Hilton Hotels latest launch was a complete success.
From the moment guests arrived they were transported to a night of glamour and fun. The venue had been transformed and was the perfect party setting:
- Organisers were absolutely delighted with the fully branded photo marketing experience and guests spent the night creating their perfect selfie.
- Over 150 people used the branded photo marketing booth and created an array of user generated content.
- Hilton received over 100 GDRP Compliant email addresses and phone numbers to use for future marketing.
- Hiltons’ online and social media presence was increased on the night and for 7 days following the launch party.
